At Fishbone, we have somewhat of a soapbox when it comes to Project Management. We strongly believe that proper upfront project planning and communication are critical to project success. Anything less, and the project is at a high risk of failure. As the owner's representative, we have you're best interests in mind and provide unbiased project guidance and execution. We have experience from the plant floor to the boardroom enabling us to provide solutions that meet your complete business needs.
We are a member of the Project Management Institute and use the PMBOK Guide® to guide our project management process. We are familiar with both Predictive Waterfall and Agile methodologies and utilize Lean Six Sigma techniques.
