We are a consulting firm focused on client's needs, good communication, and helping others. We represent clients in an Engineering and Logistical capacity to plan, organize, and execute projects. Our specialties are Capital Projects, Project Management, Line Optimization, and Industrial Automation. Additionally, we offer Infrared Inspections to document equipment operating conditions, highlight potential issues, and provide corrective recommendations.

Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation as a highly analytical thinker with outstanding Engineering Leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, valuable board room experience, and a remarkable ability to build strong professional relationships. I am an ambitious, high-energy self-starter with hands on implementation experience and expertise in operational efficiency, troubleshooting, and solution implementation in food manufacturing, secondary meat processing, dairy, plastics, EPC and brewing industries.
My two passions are Industrial Automation and Project Management. My career has been very diverse and ranges from controls engineering, systems engineering, project management, program management, and engineering management. I have a wide range of technical expertise including instrumentation, servo/robotics, PLC, HMI/SCADA, MES, and networking. Industries include feed & grain, oil & gas, consumer goods, food & beverage, and manufacturing.
Robert has a unique ability to pay close attention to details, and still maintain his focus on higher level objectives that really impact and drive the business. He is a dynamic leader with a strong technical background that makes him effective on the plant floor and in the boardroom. He has a great personality and understands how to make a compelling argument so that others follow his lead.

Robert was a key member of my technical team as a contract engineer in my role as Director of Engineering with the Coors Brewing Company in the Memphis facility. His role as manager of projects and coordinator of contractors was instrumental to successful execution of a vast array of projects on an annual basis. Robert was devoted to his primary objectives of proper planning, execution within schedule, value added engineering to complete work under budget and ultimately delivering results that exceeded expectations of the operations team. Much of his work involved the renovation of existing processes, upgrading high speed packaging, upgrading of utility and ammonia refrigeration systems with great natural ability and skill, all accomplished in a union shop labor environment. I would give Robert high regard and recommendation to anyone requiring a mature technical manager.
